About Menufy

Menufy is a local corporation founded in 2009. We are a third-party restaurant online ordering company with headquarters based in Overland Park, Kansas. We turn menus into online ordering experiences. Our mission consists of two objectives; to our restaurant clients, Menufy aims to increase to-go and delivery order volume, and to our customers, Menufy aims to provide the best user experience for online food ordering.

What We are Looking For

Part-time or full-time (max. 36 hours/week) Support Specialist. Relevant work experience preferred, but not required.

Job Description

  • Answer client and customer service calls
  • Research client and customer inquiries using available resources
  • Manage and resolve client and customer issues
  • Route calls to appropriate channels
  • Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing system to document and respond to events
  • Facilitate accurate correspondence between clients and customers as needed
  • Update restaurant information as needed
  • Mediate customer feedback as needed
  • Miscellaneous clerical duties

(If hired, training will be provided for all of the above)


  • Fluent in English
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Basic computing/technical knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, etc.)


  • Eager learners that are adaptable
  • Problem-solvers
  • Interpersonal abilities
  • Bilingualism in Mandarin Chinese
  • Customer service experience
  • Restaurant operations experience
  • Self-directed

Starting Pay

$10/Hr (may vary base on experience)
